Savoy

The restaurant ‘Savoy’ was one of the first to appear in Yekaterinburg, it was opened early in 1900-s in the building of the Tsentralnaya hotel. For 70 years of its existence it saw people famous all over the world: Osip Mandelshtam and Vladimir Mayakovsky, Nikita Khruschev and Fidel Castro used to have dinner here.

Shoko
Coffee house ‘Shoko’ embodies France at large and Paris, in particular. The interior of the coffee house is devoted to Paris with its causeways and quiet back streets, its palaces and monuments of architecture, and with its ever-young symbol – the Eiffel Tower, with its glamorous life, its art, its charm and magnificence. Having entered the coffee house ‘Shoko’ you’ll feel the atmosphere of Paris for it is the most fabulous interior in the city. The plasma panels show the sights of Paris; while you are waiting for your order to be prepared, you can listen to the famous French classical and modern pop music, and look at the photos, images, musical instruments and other decorations. The menu is very rich, it seems to include everything a modern person needs – hot dishes of the French and Italian cuisine, a wide range of appetizers, salads, pancakes and, of course, coffee. Coffee and tea cards impress by their diversity; it seems impossible to taste all, the more so, because various novelties and specialties from the Chef are being continuously added to the menu.

Wasabi
The interior is designed in the Japanese traditions – it features laconism, clear natural colours and regular shapes. Light semitransparent curtains throughout the hall allow the guest to feel lonely and in the thick of things at the same time. The atmosphere of the hall is supported by some background quiet music with evident Japanese features.
